Withdrawal Questions
To withdraw bonus winnings at npt888, you must first meet the wagering requirement.
For example — if you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks from the Welcome Bonus, you must wager that bonus 15 times before you can withdraw, meaning a total wagering amount of 360,000 Ks. Your own deposited funds can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met; only the bonus funds are restricted.
The registered name and wallet must match. Withdrawals are sent only to a KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or bank account registered in your name. Transfers to another person's wallet are not allowed — this is a security policy in place to protect your account.
If your request shows as Pending, it means npt888's finance team is still reviewing it. Under normal circumstances it will be completed within 1 hour. If it takes longer, contact us via Live Chat and we will check it as quickly as possible.

Accumulator (Acca) means a bet that combines multiple matches into one. You only win if every match is correct, so the payout is higher but so is the risk. For example — if you pick 4 matches in an Acca, all 4 must be correct to win. To place an Acca, add multiple matches to your bet slip and select "Accumulator".
Decimal Odds mean you multiply the number by your stake — for example, if Team A's odds are 2.10 and you bet 10,000 Ks, you get 21,000 Ks if you win (including your original stake). Asian Handicap gives the weaker team a goal head start to level the playing field, shown with a ± number. A 0.5 Handicap means there is no draw — only win or lose.
Deposit Methods
